How Much Chocolate Should You Be Eating?

You can hardly find someone who will tell you that they don't love chocolate. But, yes, there are some people who just can't get a tiny bar in their mouths, either they are lactose intolerant or they just don't like eating chocolate. However, there's also the stereotype that 'chocolate' is the way to a woman's heart, it magically gets us in the mood.

Well, science also says it's true that chocolate has a number of benefits, but the question is how much of it should you eat. I can eat as much as I want, but one should be able to control their intake. Too much sugar is not healthy, but here are some benefits of eating that candy bar. 

It's A Mood - Literally

Chocolate packs a punch and I don't just mean in flavor. Its chemical ingredients include a number of psychoactive ingredients which give you the type of high weed does. No, really, chocolate literally gives the same type of euphoria that cannabis gives off when you roll one during 4.20. Who would want to give this mood up?
